The processing fee charged is RM60.00 for each course applied for. The processing fee must be paid before the student submits the self-assessment form to be evaluated by the APEL(C) Advisor.

Students who do not qualify at the self-assessment stage are not permitted to apply for credit transfer through APEL(C), as they have failed at the initial screening stage.

The application fee charged varies according to the original course fee, namely RM80.00/credit OR 50% of the original course fee — whichever is HIGHER, as shown in the table below.

Payment must be made before submitting the application form. Proof of payment must be included. If the application is unsuccessful, the processing fee will not be refunded.

Appeals are charged 50% of the original APEL(C) application fee for re-evaluation.
